Your active participation is essential. You are expected to complete your intake questionnaire promptly, review and approve your resume before applications begin, set up your dedicated job search email, respond promptly to interview requests, review your tailored resume before each interview, prepare thoroughly for every interview, and maintain a committed, positive mindset for the full 90 days. Our team handles the applications. Your role is to show up and close the offer.

A Placement Fee is a performance-based payment that is only due when you accept a formal job offer. It is never due for offers you receive but do not accept. Within your original 90-day program: $1,500 on your first accepted offer, $500 for each additional. During or after an extension: $500 per accepted offer. Payment is due within 3 business days of offer acceptance.

We offer extension options: 30-Day Extension at $700 + $500 Placement Fee per offer accepted; 60-Day Extension at $1,200 + $500 Placement Fee; 90-Day Extension at $1,500 + $500 Placement Fee. The $1,500 Placement Fee does NOT apply during extensions — only the $500 per accepted offer rate.

No. Once your engagement has commenced and our team has begun work — including resume optimization, application submissions, and coordination — no pauses or refunds are available. Resources are allocated in full from day one. We are fully committed to your placement from the moment you begin, and we ask for the same level of commitment in return.

Yes. The Full Package ($6,997) is available on a payment plan: $3,500 due at enrollment, $3,497 due 30 days after enrollment. The Core Program ($3,000) is structured as $1,500 due at enrollment and $1,500 Placement Fee due upon first offer accepted.
